Its all up to the service manager, I know a nissan dealer personally that will do warranty work on supercharged and modded cars no questions asked, but then there are the stories of dealers denying any kind of coverage to someone because they have an aftermarket intake...
The general consensus however is that with normal boltons you should be fine, unless its obvious that you were racing or something and blew it up
