I've had bad experience with Racing Brake where the 2 pc rotors got warped within the first year and I wasn't even racing yet. They claimed the rotors could not be resurfaced and therefore needed to buy new discs.

EBC rotors are made from high quality grey iron.
They offer a 12 month 10,000 mile warranty.
I always stick with rotors and pads that match as with good brake companies they make their pads to work correctly with their rotor designs.
Everything is better than stock with this set-up, I cannot comment on service life of the pads yet as I have not had enough time with them to tell.
Stopping is most defiantly much, much better.
Dust is lower.
Slotted rotors will promote even pad wear unlike drilled which will cause ridges to develop over time shortening pad life.
I have not dealt with "racing brake" so I cannot comment on them. 2 piece rotors normally require disk replacement if something goes wrong. A good quality 2 piece rotor should never warp though.
I normally try to stick with name-brand brakes, EBC, DBA, Brembo, StopTech ect.
There are a TON of Chinese brake rotors with crappy metal being pushed form many angles and many companies. I won't sell cheap brake items, Been down that road with some of my older cars and cheap rotors = JUNK and I will not offer them to my customers.
Don't skimp on rotors!
