Two hours later after we pretty much stripped out the head trying conventional methods, I had to run out to a nearby auto parts place and purchase a $30 Bolt Extractor set. The bolt gave up after that and the installation proceeded without a hitch...

The system has finally settled in tone and the computer seems to have adjusted itself to the increased air flow. The exhaust tone now has become pretty consistent - low rumble at idle and a nice growl at acceleration. No drone, no audible hiss, no rattles, and perfect looks. The car seems to be much more responsive to throttle, as well as very "relaxed" on shifting gears - not sure how to describe this except that I think the engine's response to gear changes is not as "jerky"..? does this make sense...?... and of course, there is a whole lot more power available now after driving it for approx 250 miles since I installed the system.

I think I'm there with my setup... and I LOVE IT!
