I just got an UpRev tune (and a bunch of other stuff installed) at ET Tuning in Union, MO. They are really good.
ET Tuning home page | ETTuning Ask for Jon and tell him Rob sent you. It's about 45 minutes from STL but he can sometimes arrange to pick up/drop off half way.
