This is as simple as supply and demand if you get right to the bottom of it. Last time I checked there has only been around ~30k 370Z's sold since 2009; the 350Z sold 30k in the first year. Of course the 350Z has a big aftermarket, there are more on the road and at this point they are more affordable. The 370Z is still a relatively expensive car even when getting one used. So couple a smaller volume with an even smaller enthusiast group and you get a comparatively small aftermarket. That being said the support for the 370Z is still great even if it is smaller than the other larger volume cars.
