best to get it in as soon as possible, so they can perform their own consumption test. If its burning past the industry standard I would assume that with the right dealership and proper diagnosis that they will take it seriously. Nissan gets paid to do the work and the only reason I see they wouldn't is if it shows and signs of neglect or abuse. Im sure that's not the case, but having all maintenance records are a plus.
