On my 350Z i did not with a 10.5+22 TE37 but with the Volk Te37s above i ran a +12 offset and on the 350Z there is an L-shape to the inner rear fender so it had to be rolled...
With the 370Z a 275 gets swallowed up... I would say a 285 minimum for the width out back and for the 370 since there is no L-shape in the inner rear fender (sort of pre-rolled) you can go a lot more aggressive and closer to the fender
-without worrying about rubbing
