Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit (2010) has Nissan 370z Convertible. It should be available for PC, Xbox, and PS3, although I've only played the PC version. I haven't played any other games with 370z, but I would highly recommend this NFS game. I've played every single NFS game since the NFS5: Porsche, and while some of their releases are not very good, this "Hot Pursuit 2010" is one of the better games in my opinion. You can do missions in the Z, but once you acquire it you can just take it for a spin in their big beautiful world.
This game also has the GT-R, and honestly, I like to drive the GT-R better =)
