Contrary to what some think, it should not have too much rasp! The CNT HFC's will obviously provide more back pressure than resonated or straight test pipes. This will help keep the rasp down. Rasp is a lot like drone. They are both subjective to the ear and what does to one person may not to the other!

With that being said, if you add resonators to your x pipe this will help smoothen out your exhaust note. It will also create more depth and fullness to your exhaust note!
