The stock ones are retained by a few sturdy clips, you basically remove the B pillars and carefully pry them off. I initially thought that the seibon ones would be installed the same way. Nope, while they are designed to be sturdy they are a PIA to uninstall. Becareful removing your OEM pillars, I broke one of mine.
