Default Coilovers or Springs?

I have a 2010 nismo and want to close the wheel well gap (pictured below), which should I choose: Coil-overs or Springs, which brand of either would suit my needs best? Also, with either choice, what else would you recommend regarding camber kits, spacers, etc? I want to develop a complete list of parts I need for this project. Cost is not a big issue. I would like to improve handling performance, maintain decent ride quality, adjustability, stock rake, and the flush wheel look. I want to close the fender gap but not slam the car or cause rubbing/street driving issues (how low should I go?). Wheels/tires are Volk TTA TE-37's, front 9.5X19's+22 (265/35/19) and rear 11x19's+15 (305/30/19). The wheels sit flush right now on the stock suspension. The car is used on-street and for occasional track days and is not my DD. I want to set the car up for road course style driving, not drag racing. I know there is a ton of information here about this topic, but I would like some opinions regarding my exact car and situation.
