TerribleOne, I don't understand,
You face a problem with the items due to shipping defect ( which is something that might happen to anyone) and then te company that shipped the items offer to give a replacement part without any additional charges just to make you a happy customer althought they dont have to do that, and you still frustrated ?!
Anyways, despite all that we still want to make you a happy customer and I have already sent a pm yesterday and waiting for the pictures in order to send you the right item.
