Default Setrab 600 Series: Any good?

With no spirited driving, my oil temp runs between 218-220F. This past weekend, the average temperature was about 82F and on my 6-hr trip, the oil temp remained at 220F. So, I have been thinking about getting an oil cooler. My friend's friend is selling a Setrab 600 Series 19-row cooler for about $140. It comes with a mount as well. From my research, it looks like Setrab = Stillen. What do you guys think? Should I go for it?

More detail on the cooler:
