First off saying he should be traded doesn't mean they hate him. Second, I think they were just speaking nonsense because most people were amazed at what Lin brought to NY. Yes they hit a slump when Melo came back but I don't think that was totally on him. They just need to find a way to run the offense better with him in there. He seems to be learning to hold the ball less now and has without a doubt improved defensively now that D'Antoni is gone.
