Default Nissan website msrp vs truecar msrp/target price

Excuse me as im not an experienced car buyer, but had a few questions. On the nissan website searching through dealer inventories, I found a 2012 370z touring 6speed manual w/ sport package, splash gaurds, carpeted floor and trunk mats, and persimmon leather. The total MSRP is listed as 36,595, although when I put in the same options on truecar.com, it is giving me an msrp of 40,865. Shouldn't these match up? or an I missing something? Also the "dealer cost" is listed as 36,739, so is this basically the "bottom line" that a dealer will sell the car for? Why is it more than the msrp on the nissan website? Also, the 0% apr financing deal- This is for the 370z? I just tell them I want to finance through them and I will get this %? Sorry for all the questions. Thanks in advance for answers.
