From the description on CZP:

The SPC rear eccentric toe bolts offer +/- 3 deg of toe adjustment (an additional +/- 1 deg from the stock eccentric bolt), and will allow most mildly lowered cars to be adjusted to specs when used in conjunction with our rear camber arms. Requires widening the eccentric hole on the subframe (cutting template included). Not recommended for high performance use because eccentric bolts are prone to slipping.

So basically they are saying, if you want to do high performance driving, buy true coilovers, then buy our toe arms? Lol, there has to be another option.
