Default Rear Camber/Toe Adjustment Arms

Ok, so I am having my Swifts/Koni's installed soon, and am probably going to install some rear camber arms prior to doing so, just looking at options.

From what I am reading here, and on the SPC site, with the SPC (or any other brand) camber arms, you will still need toe bolts or their toe arms. They say not to use the toe bolts for high performance driving, but then in the description of the SPL toe arms, it seems it is only for those who have true coilovers in the rear..

Is there no good solution for toe adjustment for those of us not running true coilovers in the rear, but still wanting something high quality/performance?
