you can find them at most convenience stores like walgreens/cvs or even your local supermarket.

here's wat scratch-x looks like. mine is the orignal but looks like they now have a ScratchX 2.0. lol

put a dab of scratchx on the foam and just work the product into the paint with mild elbow grease.
re-apply as necessary.
