yah, poorly lowered/messed up civics, lancers, wrx's, evo's, mr2's... i use to see a lot of them driving around especially on my way back from my drive. i didn't see even one today.
they want to race usually so i try to stay as far away as possible so when they crash by themselves into a ditch or pole or tree, witnesses dont suspect i was racing him.
