HFC. On a stock exhaust keeps me legal. Its NA power. Make sense???
3" exhaust on a turbo build helps turbos run at optimum levels... you are comparing two different idealogies. A temporary set of mods vs my ultimate goal.
Why buy test pipes and a 2.5inch exhaust for 2k now. If I can just get the sound I want with a res cut and hfc until the day I'm ready for a turbo build.
