Default wheels for winter

Unfortunatly I have to use the Z this winter. I found an inexpensive set of rims, Drag DR 31s gunmetal grey 18x8 /48et front, and 18x9/38et rear. Using Blizzacs 225/50 and 245/45.I think the rear offset may place the wheel in a little too much however, this may look stupid I know, but I think by having the wheels "in" a little would keep the slush, rocks, and road debris from damaging the rockers and doors. My question is, would a 4 wheel alignment be necessary because of the different offset from stock? I could get the 9s in a 15 offset that would match stock. Also , what would I expect as far as handling?
