anyway, im well enough that i think i can clean my G when i get home and start motoring my Z tomorrow.
I completed the P90X fitness training program during spring, 2011, so that I could strengthen my body all around. I have a desk job, and the sitting down/inactivity was causing me to lose muscle mass, strength, and endurance, and experience higher blood pressures. During my training, I followed the P90X nutritional plan, too. I'm stronger, noticeably fitter, my blood pressure is in a more normal range, and I look younger. I'm 48, and people who've never met me before are amazed when I tell them that I'm 48. Most think that I'm 29. Some say 30 ... maybe? I've even heard 25! Getting my Z has spurred me to continue my training, because I want to look as good as my car! The point is that you might benefit from back exercises to strengthen the muscles that support your spine, and regular exercise in general. However, be careful; you don't want to reinjure your back. Go slowly, but keep going. Change your life style for the better! Z Forum Members, do you care for your body as well as you care for your Z?
