I haven't had any issues with vibration, had the car in the triple digits and still no problems. make sure the wheel is seated properly on the centering ring, replacement studs are pressed in and seated flush on the hub flange. I torque my wheels at 85ft lbs (+5lbs over spec) while they are still off the ground.
Re-check torque after driving 50+ miles.
