AT upgrades are always a good thing in-case you plan on a bunch of spirited driving. I believe the last kit we did was a 7at with just a valve body upgrade. I would personally recommend a good cooler and the valve body upgrade regardless.

AT is basically fluid driven so keeping the fluid cool is key to longevity. This goes for any auto transmission out there. This is a big bump in power that is for sure. With the tune I would check datalogs afterwards to see if the converter is slipping at the track. Up to 10% slippage is ok. You can tell by shift points in the datalogs and comparing them to RPM droppage. **This information is just based off past experiences with other vehicles.
