UpRev Cipher can be used for datalogging and diagnostics, and is included with Osiris.

It's not like it's going to actually do any troubleshooting for you, but you can log various sensors to get an idea of what's going on. Either have your tuner take a look at the logs, or be prepared to do a lot of reading on tuning and logging. I'd suggest a leak down test as well.
