Also, the main thing is to make sure the bulb pad is making proper contact with the bulb end. This ensures that there is no flickering or loose connection. I know when I first installed some bulbs, my bulb case was not properly secured around the bulb, and when I turned it on, it flickered and turned off, it took a couple tries to get it to work. So I went back in, and I unhooked the bulb pad, took out the bulb, then carefully put it back in, secured it and made sure the bulb pad was back on tight (you should feel some resistance when you turn it). It solved my problem.

I had it happen and in my case it was the bulbs.. Put the stock bulbs back in, problem solved.. No issues... Changed bulbs, problems... Stock bulbs again, no issues...
