I assume you have the solid mounts, they will transfer a lot more noise and vibration to the car and because of our hatch you will hear a lot of it. It will help reduce wheel hop, but the subframe itself is still mounted to your chassis with rubber bushings so I suspect it wont be entirely gone.

My last project car was a 97 240sx, I replaced the diff bushings and subframe bushings with nismo rubber bushings, they are basically this super hard rubber. It resulted in 0 wheel hop and virtually no additional noise. Since they aren't available for our car, I plan on doing the whiteline diff bushings and hopefully someone comes out with something for our subframe.
