Shouldn't be too hard for you to just remember to push the button every time you start the car. Also, I do not believe that the system is simply electrical based (as in a switch that pops the button back into the 'on' position every time there is no motricity under the hood). More over, my guess is that it is a computer-based function hardwired into the ECU, as basically all safety precaution systems are nowadays.
