Just last year I shipped a front Nismo bumper to Texas. I used fedex ground . They charged me around 140-150 I believe. I had to do some serious leg work and one hellva tape job, but got it done. I was more satisfied helping a member out then anything and of course the glory of getting it out my garage. Lol
