I actual just got the same one,test fitted and am getting it painted. I think it good for the price. As for the sagging I know what you mean I had a urethane lip for my civic. Luckily this mounts over the fangs and around the curves so there is really no problem with sagging.only problem I had was out of the box I had to heat gun some part to make it straight. But that's with almost every lip that's gets shipped. It all up to you.
