I would say no. But if you have the extra coin, go for it.
My car has Gen 3's, Berk HFC and CBE. After I did the installs, I thought the car was running very good but I decided to get a tune anyways just to make sure everything was set-up to work at its full potential. Base line with mods was 300 whp, after tune 306 whp. They say the tune is good for between 5-15 hp, so there is a possibility that you might be able to squeeze a few more HP's out of your current set-up and know that everything is optimized to work as best as it can be.
