I used to own a 2008 G37 and while I loved the car, the Z is much more enjoyable to drive and you definitely do feel the weight difference. I am only 20 years old though. If luxury is what you are looking for, the G will fill all those needs and still be plenty of fun to drive. The interior noise is night and day, as well as the comfort level. As others said above me... If the Z is your fun car and you do a lot of spirited driving keep the Z, if its just a mode of transportation with some quick runs through the twisties and highway pulls I would take the G...
