I like their spring rolls as well. That's something my wife and I will make from time to time. Boil up some shrimp in beer, shred some cilantro, bib lettuce and bean sprouts...break out the rice paper and a warm bowl of water and go to towns nthose things! Oh yeah, my wife makes a sauce with chili paste and I think fish sauce (?) too.
