It was a very sad day for me today..

I ended up hitting a concrete brick when making a u-turn (I know Im stupid I was on the phone and didnt see the concrete brick coming close when u-turning...)

Im not too worried about the paint scratches as it can be fixed with sand paper and dr.colorchip(which wont get me the actuall PW color but close enough). What Im really worry about is that the inside piece that connects the bumper and the under bracket is actually broken and torn apart.

Please give me an advice if it is fixable without replacing bumper. If must be replaced how much am I facing?
