This puzzled me too until I did more reading. The weights vary depending on factory options and if you read through the uprev tune thread, you'll find that the factory ECM tune can vary greatly as well. So, I can easliy believe that the lucky factory combination of factory parts and a skilled driver CAN get his car into the 12s. Mine is a sport/touring 7AT and at Bradenton Fl, I was knocking down 13.3@104 (all stock) and I am kinda portly at 235 lbs. Since then, FI CBE, FI test pipes installed (very noticible improvement in power delivery) G3s on order and an appointment for uprev when stillens are installed. If I don't hit 12s, I'll either get the 4.08s or a membership to Jenny Craig......
