I'm doing this from memory so I might be a little bit off here...
Undo the bolt holding your brake line to the coilover bracket, slip off the 3-4 rubber grommets holding those other lines.
Loosen up the lower locking ring using your spanner wrench. Then using their the larger or smaller spanner wrench, depnding on the direction you are turning, turn the locking rings up top either left or right. When doing this, making sure you are turning only one ring or else you can loosen up the two locking rings and it'll adjust the pre-load. You basically want to turn it so the rings stay against each other and not loosen up, and that'll turn the entire coilover unit.
