The sauces is where they do well. Also, boneless wings are pretty good, too.
But you'll get looked at funny in Buffalo if you go and try to get some crazy *** Teriyaki Jamacan Jerk BBQ sauce on your wings. I've literally seen one place that had more than the basics (variations on Buffalo sauce and BBQ, that is), which was a parmasean garlic flavor.
It was good, but you go back to the old favorites, which for me is BBQ and bleu cheese.
