areodynamics won't matter much in a 0-60 (bigger effect ton 1/4 mile and beyond). The calculator is a theorectical "what the car can do in perfect conditions" rather than end-all. I assume the companies will use the best tires/gearing that are reasonably priced or they would be cutting their nose off to spte their face. This particular calculator always comes in a bit fast compared to real world times but relativily, it's always close to real world. There are more detailed ones that consider elevation, torque, etc but you have to get a lot of extra data and the results don't vary much at all. It much much harder to evaluate track speeds where tires/weight distribution, etc. have an even bigger effect.
