What correction factor?

That's about right -- on dynojets using SAE correction, bone stock Z's are in the mid to high 270's on the average (and sometimes lower see here --> 2009 Stock 370z Dyno Day ), both AT and MT.

Get a tune, and you should be closer to 290.

Ditch the factory cats, and you will creep up over 300 with tune.
