It's gonna trickle down eventually. Audi and other high end companies are already bringing out cars that can partially control the car with advanced cruise control systems. Audi has the "traffic jam assist" coming soon....Nissan meanwhile, will soon have acceleration suppression technology, womp womp.

don't forget volvo's demonstration of "our car can see an object in front of you, notice your not paying attention and brake for you" system they showed on top gear too
