I was also in your position, drove a 3.8 track and just wasnt impressed with the power (at the time). I also had a bit of sticker shock when I saw a 30k sticker on a Hyundai. I agree with everyone here, the Hyundais have gone miles in the last 10 years and feel they will soon outsell Hondas and Toyotas in many areas if they keep up the great work. For here and now though, the Z edges it out in all of the great areas for me. Looks, power, sound, and its a chick magnet...not that my fiance wants more women in my car or anything....but you will make the right decision. Also note resale value, Hyundais are far behind a resale 370z right now. If you gave me a free Genesis, would I like it and drive it?? Sure! But if I am gonna put my hard earned money into one or the other, it has to be the Z.
