The top was tearing at the seems pretty badly (normal) one of the bars was bent and it would not go up or down anymore. The warranty I purchased was supposed to cover that, but then I found out it didn't. It was a giant fiasco with them and it just really pissed me off. At the end of the day I just got sick of dealing with it and wanted a hard top so I didn't have to deal with it anymore.
