Actually it came with a blend not a full synthetic. This was tested by Blackstone labs a while back.

Greetings, I'm new to this forum, I picked my 2012 370z two days ago, I asked the guy about the oil, and he told me it was a blend of conventional/synthetic oil, and was recommended to use for at least the first 3k miles as "the engine needed to build up metals". Now, I don't know if this guy was trying to bs me to get me to do the oil changes at the dealership, but I found the comment above on a similar thread and it's the same theory. What do u think?
I Used to have a gti, and vw recommended castrol. Any experience with this oil in the fully sinthetic version?
