I guess it depends on how you define a "loud Exhaust ticket". If she said you can't get a ticket for a loud exhaust, I recommend you not ask that lawyer for legal advice
They certainly call it something else, but it's the same as if you turn up your stereo too loud. I don't have any friends that got one recently, but my friends did in fact get tickets for loud exhaust.
