I spent the better part of this weekend cleaning the car. I took both seats out to vacuum the carpet, then cleaned it with 3M upholstery cleaner. Very clean and fresh now.

I also removed the rear trunk lining to clean it with the 3M stuff as well. I did uncover a leak in the trunk -- the seal for the rear vent is broken, so when you wash the car the bottom cavity of the trunk can flood depending on how you spray the rear of the car with the hose.

Thankfully the fix is simple -- I just need to pull the bumper and rebuild the seal. I would have done it this weekend, but it got so cold on Sunday I was afraid of breaking the tabs. It's going to be warmer this weekend so I'll take care of it then. Until then, I'm rolling around like this:



The tape measures are in there to make sure I could fit a suitcase in the trunk.
