i could feel a major stiffness increase once mine was fixed. i couldnt tel you how long it was busted, but i sure knew when the new one went in. just sayin
I could definitely feel it when the bushing was broken. Especially on a really hard 1-2 shift. Not sure how much the diff housing would move with the broken bushing but sometimes it felt like the stud on the rear cover was hitting something on hard shifts. That can't be good.
