Rear Fog Light part numbers
You can purchase all the parts from a CANADIAN Nissan dealer. Cost is ~$470 installing it yourself.
I contacted Oakville Nissan in ON, CA.
Canada/Mexico rear fog light: 26580-1EL0A
Canada/Mexico control stalk: 25560-1EA0C
