And what is up with the Nismo being given a TTA* class by NASA?! That's higher than a 997 C4S. I love my car and we can be proud that everyone seems to class the 370 so highly but it shouldn't have to make the base more competitive than the nismo version. I don't mind B-Stock in SCCA so much, sure we have wheel width, and ASP is another discussion.
It's likely to save all other 370z below us. They likely can't bump them to next lower class. Putting nismo in with regular 370z isn't fair so we have poor luck of being in one of the slower cars in class.

Same thing with SCCA Solo but it's 350z there. .as you say BS isn't too bad. 370z in ASP. Hmmmm Although I think a maxed out ASP Z might be competitive on more technical course with the EVOs. I'm not close to getting potential out of my car and I'm reeling in times of national level ASP EVOs. Especially on courses where power isn't the overriding factor. Locally my SP Z is was one of the fastest sp/sm cars in large field of EVOs. in fact I have started to run XP in SP trim just to have more competition.

On track though have to agree. It's a TTA slaughter fest. Poor z is overweight and underpowered. I ran My car in TTS 305 WHP 3510 lbs. Got creamed by a a lotus 7 by several seconds but man I had fun!
