Default Better late than never...

first, there's never a 100% success rate in manufacturing but the dealer MUST resolve that issue.
second, I used to work on the railroad delivering to Ford distribution centers (also used to live in Detroit). At damned near every step of the delivery chain, young guys WILL, absolutely WILL, beat the sh1t out of these cars. (so long as mgmt isn't watching) You should see how the Shelby GT 500s were beat on at the rail yard. Some dealers also let the more successful sales people, managers, (and the owners relatives) drive these cars. When the S2000 was new, I saw a yellow S2000 cross a long bridge at 140 plus. When I got to the other side, the car had spun on the off ramp and blew out both passenger side rims. It was 2 salesmen joyriding.
Someone was beating on your car, hear a funny noise or felt a vibration and limped the car back to the lot....not saying anything in fear of losing their job. IMO
