We also require you to send yours in. The problem with Core exchanges is the cost for the cores... We would have to charge you for the headlights then refund you once you send them back. Also, some people are slow to get cores back and that causes huge delays for others. It is simple and cheaper for everyone to send in their headlights to us or to great companies like 180 Custom!
